Amy Rynn

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Art Therapist, and Supervisor

Hello!

Are you feeling overwhelmed with stress, burnt out, and having a hard time connecting with yourself or loved ones? I'm here to help you explore your feelings in a way that truly resonates with you. If traditional talk therapy hasn’t quite clicked, Art Therapy might be the creative path to deeper healing. My goal is to create a trusting space where you can feel supported in taking care of your mental health. I work with adults facing burnout, body image concerns, complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also offer couples counseling to help partners adjust to new changes in their life together.

Let’s make changes.

In our sessions, I strive to create a space where self-acceptance and the desire for change can coexist. I integrate art therapy and relational therapy techniques, because I believe creativity can be a powerful way to gain insight and foster deeper healing. My goal is to help you explore and understand your thoughts, beliefs and emotions in a meaningful way.

If you’re ready to take that brave step toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
