Our Fees

    • Initial Intake Assessment (50-55 minutes): $225

    • Individual Therapy Session (50-55 minutes): $185

  • We are in-network (INN) with BCBS and Blue Care Network, Cigna, Aetna, Priority Health, and UPHP. INN client-payment responsibility varies based on plan. We can obtain a quote from your insurance company before your first session

    We are OON with all other insurance plans. If you are OON, you still may be eligible for reimbursement and we offer options to make services affordable— see below for details.

  • Couples Therapy is only offered as a self-pay option due to the complication of billing insurance for these services. With self-pay, a sliding scale based on need can be applied.

    Initial Intake Assessment (50-55 minutes) $225

    2 Individual Intake Assessments (30-45 minutes) $105 each

    Couples Therapy Session (50-55 minutes): $185

    • HSA/FSA is accepted to cover the cost of sessions (INN and OON). You or a family member may have HSA/FSA benefits through your employer. You also may have OON benefits and be eligible for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about your OON benefits. We can provide necessary documentation to you to submit claims to your insurance company.

    • Session frequency is up to you and your therapist (e.g. weekly, biweekly, monthly) which can aid in monthly costs

    • Sliding Scale rates are available to clients opting to go the self-pay route. This is need based and can be discussed before or during your first session upon your request.

    • Our Intern, Ashley Rye, is providing a low fee for self-pay clients: $40 for individual sessions, and $50 for couples therapy sessions. Learn more about Ashley
